Club moss herb, 50g, relaxes menstrual cramps
The club moss herb (lat. Lycopodium clavatum) has antispasmodic, diuretic, sedative and laxative properties due to its active substances. The relaxing, antispasmodic effect is used for menstrual cramps, joint stiffness, digestion (stimulates the flow of bile and digestive juices), liver strengthening and general calming. The herb excretes uric acid and harmful metabolic products more intensively through the kidneys, “cleanses the blood” and is used for rheumatism and skin impurities to cleanse the body. It has laxative properties and can be used for constipation.
Dosage: Brew 1 teaspoon, let stand for 10 minutes and drink twice a day or as needed. Higher doses may cause diarrhea.
