The herbal extracts in the cosine effectively eliminate sinusitis and at the same time strengthen the immune system. Extracts of gentian, verbena and andrographis paniculata increase the immune system's resistance to bacteria and viruses and fight sinus infections and other respiratory infections. The Andrographis paniculata is an Asian plant that is traditionally used there for respiratory infections. Rich in natural rutin, mullein and elderflower extracts seal capillaries, reducing swelling in the sinuses and airways. The mullein has an expectorant effect and protectively pads the mucous membranes with its mucilage. Some of the herbal extracts have a diuretic effect and excrete the metabolic products of inflammation more intensively, which speeds up recovery. Vitamins B2, A and B12 are essential to maintain good skin and mucous membrane condition.
Dosage: in case of acute sinusitis with pain in the forehead area 3 x 2 tablets, then 3 x 1 tablet. If the course is milder, 3 x 1 tablet.
