Golden milk with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, spice mixture for dissolving
Spice mix to dissolve in milk or similar drink with 70% turmeric. The spices: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and cloves are used in Ayurveda as "hot" spices. They warm up, improve blood circulation, thin blood, strengthen the immune system and prevent colds. • In order to improve the absorption of turmeric, the mixture should be dissolved in warm milk with 3.5% fat. The addition of black pepper (piperine) also increases the absorption of turmeric.
Composition: Curcuma Longa 70%, ginger, cinnamon, cloves
Use: dissolve a teaspoon of the mixture in a cup of milk or plant-based milk, add a little black pepper if necessary, sweeten with honey
