Menoklima capsules contain red clover extract and ground red clover flowers rich in isoflavones called coumestane. Coumestane belong to plant estrogens, so-called phytoestrogens, which are similar in structure to the body's own estrogens, can dock to their receptors and can help normal bodily functions during menopause. The lack of endogenous estrogens can manifest itself through sweating, sleep disorders and mood swings. The preparation also contains lemon balm, which has a calming and digestive effect, and green tea extract with polyphenols, which stimulate metabolism and fat burning.
Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day
