The product contains three components for the joints: glucosamine from shellfish, chondroitin and collagen in high doses. The hydrolyzed collagen from gelatin contains colleagues types I, II and III, which is a component of the cartilage (type II) and the skin, tendons, bones (types I and III). The added vitamin C participates in the formation of collagen. Glucosamine is a component of connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid. Chondroitin is largely converted into glucosamine and glucuronic acid in the digestive process. When taking glucosamine, studies have shown a cartilage-protecting effect. Glucosamine also lowers levels of inflammation in the blood. The extract of ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and relieves pain that occurs in inflamed joints. The preparation supports the regeneration of the cartilage and reduces inflammation in the joint area, which reduces the pain. The hyaluronic acid binds water and maintains moisture in the joints and cartilage, which reduces the friction between the joint parts.
