The ointment contains castor oil and camphor, which direct the remaining ingredients into the deeper layers of the skin and help to develop their effect. The camphor penetrates the nerve endings, numbs them and reduces pain. Methyl salicylate, an ester of salicylic acid, is converted in the body into salicylic acid, which has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. This anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect is enhanced by the hemp oil and eucalyptus oil. The other ingredients such as bishopite (rich in magnesium and boron), argan oil, glucosamine sulfate, collagen, hyaluronic acid have a regenerative, antibacterial (tea tree oil) and accelerate the healing process. The menthol, silver fir oil and juniper oil improve the blood circulation in the affected areas.
