tonic, general strengthening, for nerves and emotions, improves sleep, anti-inflammatory, aphrodisiac for both sexes Ashwagandha, also known as the sleeping berry, grows in India and has the same status as ginseng in Ayurveda in Chinese medicine.
Like ginseng, it is a s.g. Adaptogenic plant i.e. general strengthening plant that helps people to adapt mentally and physically to extreme situations. It strengthens the nervous system, improves memory, digestion, blood circulation, respiration, tissue regeneration and increases vitality. The medicinal herb has a blood-cleansing effect, i.e. intensifies the excretion of metabolic products and uric acid through the kidneys, thereby eliminating edema. It also has a positive effect on the heart, especially in the case of cardiac arrhythmia. The application should be similar to a cure and not moderately dosed over too long a period of time.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon daily. In the case of greater stress, 2 x 1 teaspoon per day, best distributed approx. 15 minutes before meals for optimal absorption. The powder can also be mixed with food.
