Black Cumin Oil
The black cumin grows in the dry and hot climate of the Orient and is obtained from the small black seeds of Nigella sativa. The seeds from Egypt and the Orient provide the best oil. The spicy seeds are found on the Turkish flatbreads and in the Orient they are added to the food as a spice. The black cumin oil is rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamins C and E, biotin, folic acid, magnesium, selenium and zinc and is therefore very well suited for the care of the skin.
