Hemp oil is extracted from the seeds of the useful cannabis sativa. Cold-pressed hemp oil has a greenish-yellow color, which is due to the chlorophyll and carotenoids, and also vitamin E. The hemp oil is distinguished from other feed oils by high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, up to 80%, which are essential for man. Must be added with the food, especially linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid, gama linolenic acid and a rare omega-6 fatty acid in edible oils. Hemp oil also contains relatively large amounts of tocopherol (about 800 mg / 100 g) and phytosterols. The ratio of omega-6 fatty acids to omega-3 fatty acids in hemp oil is 3: 1, is ideal for the fatty acids, making it the perpekten oil to promote health. In medicine, it is used for the treatment of inflammation of the ears, nose and throat, as well as especially in the dermatology of inflammatory skin diseases. The fatty acids are also needed for the production of numerous hormones, for the strengthening of the immune system, for optimum brain and nerve functions, as well as for the repair and regeneration of every single cell in the whole body.
